This is why I’m not updating just yet. I fucking hate grinding in games, life is short enough without wasting precious time grinding a game. Currently on 1.2, I’ll update after I’ve found the arrow dupe spot and got my gear upgraded.

Maybe if they’re removing the arrow dupe glitch (assumed), they could give us a way to find those early-game elements when we’re upgrading late-game? I’ve seen a lot of people complaining it’s impossible to find some parts as the game auto-scales some enemies based on your hearts level.

And FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! could they make lizalfos tail drops more common? I need thirty to upgrade that armor set? When it took me 40 minutes to find a single one?!

I dunno. The only time I felt the need to grind in Breath, and I mean at all, was getting Great Fairy upgrades, and that was just a little - almost more of an impromptu quest, like oh, gotta look try to find more whatevers, OK I’ll set my Sheika Seeker to it while I do other things, or OK I know where I can trade some other things for that… I think if you just let the game go at the intended pace, and don’t decide that you need to grind to get X now, it works fine, without glitches. I’m all for you playing the way that works for you, though. I was probably never going to use the glitch, but I don’t think they should have bothered to fix it either, unless it was very easy to do by accident, in which case they could have just made it harder.

This is it, people who don’t want to use it can just not use it, those of us like me who admittedly aren’t very skilled gamers can use it to give us an edge. But I’m sure Nintendo will have removed it in a subsequent update.
