Hard agree here, though I will say we’re pretty nuanced about giving critical support when the enemy is the greater satan.
There’s a lot of issues with Iran’s government, but at the end of the day that itself is a product of the US’s own actions and at this point I think the vast majority of hexbear users would be rooting for a US aircraft carrier getting denazified in that event.
Right that was where I was coming from on Russia. Smashing the barely livable post USSR state because reactionaries are in power doesn’t solve shit. Hell we got here by smashing the Ukrainian state with BLACKROCK but now I’m just trying to be clever
I totally get that, the modern Russian state is itself a product of western meddling and I have a really hard time being in spaces around liberals here in the west because of their open russophobia.
There’s lots of issues with social reaction, but at least they’re not evangelical about it. Half of the US is openly more reactionary towards trans people at this point.
