USA doesn’t use stupid things like Iron dome to protect against homemade unguided rockets, the Trophy system has been repeatedly defeated by Hamas with regular old RPG-7s, Intel would just be buying fron TSMC , China has been making both cheaper and superior drone technology for like a decade now with notable use in Ukraine, and Israel eats 0.05% (3.3bil) of the federal budget in defense aid.
This is a country built on foreign investment and geopolitical aid، even after the time they blatantly attacked a US ship.
Israel would economically collapse if the USA ended all relations tomorrow. It exists solely as an economic and miliary asset to the USA which is why they protect it so much.
