Apparently… “it’s complicated”. There ARE Raptor lake variants of this CPU, they are just less common.

Only way to tell if it’s Alder or Raptor is by checking the S-Spec Code:

Raptor Lake, S-Spec code SRMBG

82.1 + 11.5 = 93.6 So there’s some wiggle room in the remaining 6.4%.
I firmly believe that nobody is actually undecided between the Democratic and Republican candidates, they’re simply too different.
If anyone is legitimately undecided it’s between voting and not voting, but they absolutely know who they would be voting for.
