      That would be about the point where your body runs out of natural electrolyte stores. Eating is more than calories, we constantly consume small amounts of electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, etc, all calorie-neutral things that are exceptionally vital to your body functioning right. Once those levels get wack, weird shit starts to happen.

      It’s why dieting is less about “stop eating” and more about “eat less but choose small amounts of very nutrient dense (NOT calorie dense) foods”.
