Ok, they missed the vote because the meeting was on Eid. But a year ago they moved the meeting to avoid Eid. Then 10 days before the meeting they find out that Eid was on a different day and they didn’t bother to request a move until under 3 days before the meeting, which is shorter than allowed.
I can’t have too much sympathy for them. They could have requested the move the day they discovered that Eid was going to conflict, but they didn’t.
