Hah hah, it’s actually what they call employees internally. They prepend “Apple” to everything… so Apple buddies are expected to be on Appletime to work (15 minutes early) and follow Applespecs to earn Applebucks! It’s absurdly Applecheerful, while still treating employees like Applecrap. I’m an Applebee’s survivor.
