Will BYU, Cincinnati, Houston or UCF have the talent and depth to compete for a conference title?

Based on TCU and Utah, they could be okay if they stay healthy, but they won’t compete for the conference until they build some depth. I know it’s a different era with the portal, but I think this will hold true.
