1 year agoHow did you come to that conclusion? Sending it directly to Apple would have fixed it right the first time and certainly not broken your sensor. Best buy was at fault and manager was just covering his ass. The conclusion should have been, go directly to Apple.
I’m using a Pixel 7 Pro while my Fold 4 gets repaired from Samsung and it’s been excellent. What are your problems with it?
