Gonna be close - Evans was further behind Adams before the start of this year, but he’s gotten more TDs this year (and had a better QB to be fair).
I see them both passing 100+ though

BACK ON THE MAP!
Just coming in here to say - just because it might take awhile for someone to make the HOF because of a logjam doesn’t mean they won’t get eventually make the Hall. Not everyone has to be a first-ballot to make the Hall
Evans is on pace for a HOF career, but without the accolades, it’ll take him maybe a decade of eligibility
You think you’re going to go 2-4 or 3-3 down the stretch?
CAR, CHI, GBP, NYG, WAS, LAR, and ARI do not control their own destiny.
Uh, I know I’m biased, but I’ve been playing around with the playoff machine and I haven’t found a scenario where the Packers don’t make the playoffs if they win out. So how do the Packers not control their own destiny?
I’d still go with Campbell or Ryans (if he makes the playoffs), but yeah if Packers make the playoffs, LaFleur should have at least some consideration
If he had like 3-4 less turnovers and a couple more wins, he’d likely be frontrunner for MVP. He’s on pace for 4,553 passing yards, 485 rushing yards, 34 passing TDs, and 13 rushing TDs.
So all in all, he could end up with 5,000 total yards and 47 total TDs - but he also has 13 INTs and is a league leader in INTs.
It’s crazy to think he’s currently leading in total TDs (and passing TDs), 2nd in total yards (he’s behind Howell by 5 yards), but he’s also leading in INTs which is killing his MVP chances
Big Ben will likely make it because of the two Super Bowls. But it won’t be first-ballot
Matt Ryan has the next best chance out of those three, but MVP and Super Bowl appearance doesn’t guarantee Hall of Fame - see Rich Gannon, Boomer Esiason, and Ken Anderson. Now granted, it seems Ken Anderson is on a path to get in as per Senior Committee so Matt Ryan could possibly do the same.
Philip Rivers, who I think was great, is probably last in the list. The lack of any Super Bowl appearance is likely his biggest obstacle. Other QBs who didn’t make the Super Bowl still had other major achievements to their name, such as Dan Fouts (OPOTY, All-Pros) or Warren Moon (OPOTY, 2nd team All-Pro),
Yay, my area is actually getting the Green Bay game!
If Josh Allen keeps his TOs in check, I could see him winning it. Same could be said for Jalen Hurts too
Edgerrin James was inducted before Smith and Johnson were eligible - and the same year as Wayne’s first year of eligibility
