  • I par cooked some angel hair pasta, like 4 minutes, drained it, tossed it with a bit of oil to keep it from sticking, then I pulverized the shit out of some peanuts in a food processor, fried those in some oil with garlic and gochujang and tomato paste for like 30 seconds, added some thai garlic chili sauce, threw in maybe 1/3rd of a cup of pasta water w/ the starch in it, added a SMALL bit of ponzu and sesame oil, then threw the pasta in and cooked it ~2 minutes or until the liquid was absorbed/reduced

    by god it was good, I wish you could taste what I’m tasting. I made it the perfect amount of white people spicy. I feel the heat permeate my mouth but it isn’t overwhelming, I tasted it while eating it but I could taste all the other flavors too, so good

















  • Do you know if it’s caused by the lower back pain cause that could by inflammation pushing on your organs

    idk I just think it’s coming from the kidney based on the location of it, but it’s not super painful and it seems to be getting better. I just don’t know if like I should be drinking a bunch of water or something else to like, help the poor guy out

    tbh though regular stretching really does help lower back pain, although yoga is apparently more intense than just stretching. I was getting some lower back pain from all my rowing and stretching the shit out of my hamstrings 2x a day made that go away

    Unless you’re the perfect hight for the counter you’re working on you’re gonna be bending one direction or the other

    the main problem I have with this is just when I overload a lexan with too much chicken or whatever and then it’s real hard to turn over and properly coat with whatever marinade I’m doing. So I just need to stop doing that. But yeah, it helps when I push it off onto a cart that’s a little lower

    You absolutely have way more experience than me so like I’m sure you already know the reasons you’ve made the choice to do this, but personally I would use one of those giant mezzaluna blades. I was only doing the pizzas from October until like this July but like the pizza wheels sucked ass compared to those. Unfortunately half of ours were worn down on the edges from being improperly sharpened lol
