I gave up on kbin almost immediately as I could not figure out how to subscribe to communities besides using their search, which doesn’t show all communities. And even when subscribing to communities I could not figure out how to make the feed show my subscriptions rather than whatever the default is.

Yeah I’ve heard the call. My point was that whether or not it’s a threat should be a red herring as there is nothing he could reasonably threaten with. To act all offended over at best an empty threat is telling.

The part I don’t get there is Reddit could easily block api access to certain apps, so if that was the threat it’d be a pretty empty one.

I guess. I feel like the supposed threats I can think of are illogical enough to dismiss the accusation outright.

“Misused”. Gotta love these sites hoarding the content that was produced by its users.

I can’t wait till all these services are dead and decentralized ones have taken their place. Realize that’s by no means a guarantee, but I can hope damnit…
