6·3 days agoDo you have one of those moisture meters? They’re on amazon for $20 or a local garden store will typically have them. They’re great for checking the moisture of the soil deeper down.
Just don’t leave them in the pot or it’ll ruin it. Stick it it, check it, pull it out.
Use a camera app that will let you control the aperture and aim for around f7 (if possible on your phone).
It’s not the postgres db, it’s the internal pictrs db.
Fix your docker volume permissions so pictrs can write to the folder

Whenever I read about this stuff it seems to be such a paltry sum, like $10k. I don’t understand why someone would do it for so little.

531·26 days agoThat’s a pretty disturbing story, and I never would have imagined they would not tell a victim. I understand the argument against it, but the risk of long term mental illness / PTSD from it being suppressed just seems way too high.

I moved trom Saxx to Bn3th because I found they stretched out less over time and thus last longer.
Design wise they’re practically identical to Saxx.
Take the door off. Use a knife to score the existing silicone and then pull the glass out. Use a razor blade and knife to clean up the existing silicone. Clean the surfaces well.
Get silicone bathroom caulk from home depot. Put some in the channel, put the glass back, put more along the seam. Use a wet finger to smooth it out.
Tape it in place while it cures and you’re done.
I’m kinda surprised a piece with an attached door is just siliconed in place. Is there no retention screw or anything?

2·1 month agoHere in BC you can call 811 to talk to a nurse and get advice on things like this, maybe your state has something similar?
Not worth the risk to the bomb squad, vs just blow it up.
