- In the middle of midterm season rn and I think that’s the exact face I make whenever I take one
I have a similar thing but with celery. I cannot stand celery because to me it smells extremely bad. Like, the worst thing I have ever smelled or will smell bad. If there’s even a tiny bit of celery somewhere, I can smell it. I don’t even know how celery tasted because I can’t get it close enough to my mouth to try.

Was just enough for four people
No tomato but maybe a bit too much ham. Maybe I should try a bit of tomato next time
Funnily, the couple of times I do remember my dreams, my mind likes to use the changing time against me to turn them into nightmares
I would give my life in service of the burgadeir general
Thanks so much, I understand now. God, is that a shitty move for Google to pull
Can someone explain to me the google API and DRM situation in stupid people terms? I’m stupidly tech illiterate but I know that this is a big deal and I would like to understand
Wait wait wait Reddit is going r/place right now??? Why on earth would they do that
Yeah, I’m in Russian level 2 so it’s definitely going to be wonky. I’m getting there slowly, though
Dunno how I forgot about neuter lol
Russian does in the past tense but I find it to be a really simple change
Example: He/She/It/They were reading
Он читал
Она читала
Они читали
Ding ding ding you are in fact correct
I just saw a lot of threads with people arguing over -2 day blackout didn’t do shit -I don’t care, why should you -Where’s all the content, I want the content back -A blackout was really inconvenient
I think the vast majority of people just want to browse without any disruptions, tbh. A lot of people are calling them bots but I think many of them are probably real people.
When the blackouts started, I decided to leave reddit permanency for Lemmy, a decision that I don’t regret. I checked back in briefly today and it seems like reddit is currently tearing itself apart. There’s definitely a lot more people vocally disagreeing with the blackout now.
I had a very similar thought process when choosing my instance. lemmy.world seemed like it would be more open to new users than an instance named sh.itjust.works. Idk why that was my thought process but I’m here now
Unbelievable. Are they actively trying to get as many people as possible to leave their platform all together?
