For Palestine to win, they would first of all need to take care of their domestic terrorism problem called Hamas which has effectively taken the power out of Palestine’s hands. That’s unfortunately pretty unlikely, since the government of Palestine has near nothing of that power left, certainly not enough to fight the terrorists.
