The update I think was to Android 13
That sounds so StackOverflow
That’s when I go back to ChatGPT or Google Bard. It’s helped me with problems and less aggravation than SO
AI exists because not everyone frequents a low toxicity forum like Lemmy.
I think SO has had people hallucinating for some time but it wasn’t AI driven
Like toxic mods
Probably the same data that ChatGPT or Google Bard has been trained on which to me makes the distinction moot
Ok, it just seems that on Lemmy people are creating communities like they are staking a claim to a piece of ground. They put in the claim, it case they want it, and walk away.
I think it’s that way because of the world today promotes mental health issues. People are embarrassed about their life if they are not doing well and governments like to keep it that way.
Agreed. I got ChatGPT to convert python code to JavaScript and I got a buggy code sample back with new bugs.
I understand Google and Microsoft getting into it as it makes sense as a “better” Google search but for StackOverflow that sounds like they have just given up on their current platform.
I tried postman and came to the same conclusion as you. I couldn’t figure it out at all. I downloaded an app for android called “ApI Tester”. I might try out ThunderClient, which others have suggested, if it works on Linux.
I thought Erlang superceded it?
Surprising how quiet it is here. Beginning to wonder what the question/answer ratio is.
I like the idea of running a home media server. Then I could watch youtube videos without waiting for it to download fully over a slow internet. However I would probably need a step by step guide to setting one up. Currently I run Fedora 37 linux. Maybe if there are Docker installs ?
I’m not Canadian nor do I live in Canada however I have been following Canadian issues for some time now and am thinking about joining CanadaPolitics. I am from New Zealand (hence my username). I would like to interact with average Canadians to find out what life is like over there. Don’t panic, I am not thinking of emigrating there. I understand you have a housing crisis over there at the moment. I watch a lot of Canadian YouTube channels. My interest is more about what life is like over there.
I suppose I should mention I am a long time Reddit user which looks like it is imploding these days.
As I am new here are there any rules I should know about?
How many rooms is that and how much percentage of the average wage would that be?
