First off the Raiders for like the last 20 years have consistently been dysfunctional… the Derek Carr years brought them up to being a pretty mediocre fringe playoff appearance team at best along with a few bad years but for as bad as a head coach McDaniels is, the Raiders ownership is a big issue as to why they cannot get to being a Super Bowl contender.

But also yeah, McDaniels is pretty bad and set them back amongst all that talent he was given. The vibes were especially bad and the decisions were very questionable… the Raiders ownership cannot keep repeating these mistakes with their hires, it’s more embarrassing
