Just out of curiosity, what do you think anti-fascism looks like outside the context of a political campaign?

Someone vigorously voting for democrats wearing a black and red antifa flag isn’t really what comes to mind for me but anti-fascist action looks different for everyone I guess.

Antifascism is multifaceted, but I think most genuine antifascists agree that letting fascism win is pretty antithetical to the whole ‘anti’ part of antifascism.

You’re taking the easiest fucking part of not being a fascist - being a part of an anti-fascist coalition - and throwing a hissy fit over it. You want to get involved in mutual aid and direct action? Go off. Great, even.

But don’t fucking sit here during the election and say having your thumb up your ass as a literal fascist gets into power is anything but endorsing the end result.

Good thing i’m not doing that, then.

Yea, no shit. He’s actively supporting fascism in Israel, if I weren’t voicing opposition on those grounds I wouldn’t be considering myself antifascist.

Democrats haven’t even held their convention yet, fuck you if you want me signing off on his platform and candidacy before then. From my perspective it’s you who has their whole fucking fist up their ass.

Again, with the intentionally disingenuous conflation of ‘voicing opposition’ and ‘not encouraging anyone to vote for’. Maybe if you say it a few dozen more times, it’ll make you feel a little better about sitting by and letting the chips fall where they may vis a vis fascism in the US.

How does one protest against supporting a genocide without voicing opposition to supporting genocide?

You live in a strange world of double meanings.
