    There’s some overlap though. Lots of different names for the same entity.

      People say the Islamic god and the Christian god are the same god, but Christians and Muslims can’t even agree on what their god is within their own religions, hence all the sectarianism, so I don’t really buy that.

        Don’t forget Judaism. God, Yahweh and Allah are all the same deity, yet look how much bloodshed has been spilled over which one interpreted things correctly…

        That like asking if movie Superman is the same character as comic book Superman. It’s entirely a matter of opinion.

          Then you have the Hindu gods which is basically like the less popular 3/4 of the Marvel catalog.

        Which one? Catholics got 5 major gods, and like hundreds of minor ones. Prots got 4 major gods. Muslims have two major and a bunch of minor ones.
