@DragonTypeWyvern It looks to me like they’re playfully leveraging a legal loophole, which would ordinarily disallow this, but for the fact that no reasonable consumer would be confused. You could name a band, a car, or a city – and also a cracker – after a real kind of fish, merely because only very stupid people would be confused by it.
And you couldn’t buy the kind of publicity it’s gotten them.
