I think the end step restriction makes it hard if not impossible to go infinite with. But even as is it’s still a token doubler and mini-anthem effect for 1 mana less than Anointed Procession which feels like this is going to be an expensive card, even with the type restriction

That’s pretty cheap for something that almost certainly creates an infinite token machine with some combo in MTG history.
