There are businesses that specialize in making certain imports street legal but it’s usually for luxury vehicles. I suppose someone might try to make an industry out of it if the idea becomes more than a shitpost.
Buy it in China, ship to America for fees and modifications totaling the original purchase price, still save $15k.
