If a bar is consistently serving alcohol to minors, it deserves consequences.

    • A bar can reliably verify the customer’s age, a website can’t do that.

The internet is not a safe space for children. It’s absolutely the parents’ responsibility to monitor their children’s internet consumption.

There absolutely exist ways to flag and track and make an effort to keep minors off. Other social media sites do it, Omegle didn’t because the unspoken fact is that sexual predators were Omegle’s primary business model.

The internet is not a safe space for children. It’s absolutely the parents’ responsibility to monitor their children’s internet consumption.

I can’t say this loudly enough: BOTH BOTH BOTH

Both websites and parents are responsible for making reasonable effort.

Which is a reasonable duty to place on bars as there are government issued IDs to verify age against. There needs to be a digital equivalent to place the same responsibility on websites.
