We have SO many guards/small 3s, he’s just not going to get playing time. He’s behind Haliburtion, Nembhard, Mathurin, Hield, Nesmith and probably would split minutes with Sheppard. Duarte for Toppin straight up was proposed last year to the Knicks, and the Pacers effectively did that roster-spot-wise this year
