As a former librarian and bookseller, never trust that any rightwing political book (or "history " book) is an actual best seller. Their audience is too cheap to buy and hates libraries too much to borrow in big numbers.
It’s the party of grift. Don’t expect anything to change. Keep the plebs angry and afraid, endorse the racism they require, and rake it in while they serve their true masters, the 1%.
Do they burn their own books? I mean… what do you do with all those books?

Honestly from a results-based perspective it’s pretty damn smart. Liberals and progressives should really be adopting these kinds of tactics to combat the right’s use of them
