Facebook and TikTok ban the Taliban but Twitter does not. Despite Twitter’s recent problems under Elon Musk, it remains a place where the Taliban can voice their views and be heard. An OSINT manager said he was surprised the Taliban would endorse Elon Musk’s “lawless, profit-driven” Twitter over Zuckerberg’s more uniform Facebook.
