Well I’m on Concerta/Ritalin, so the magnesium might be doing something. Kind of uncomfortable in the long run.

Have taken magnesium before but not this particular brand. I’d never had this strong of an effect from magnesium before but since the supplements industry is mostly unregulated you don’t really know what you are having. Gonna switch to another kind of magnesium and see if that feels better
