So yes, the US has a huge say in what Israel can do because Israel owes its entire existence to the US and the west at large. If Israel feels so mighty and independent, then they’re free to return the hundreds of billions in aid that we’ve given them and to stop receiving the billions we send them every single year and to not have us fight wars for them.
