    Trump has the best lawyers. When I’m trying to convince someone I always make sure to belittle them. I learned this strategy from my mentor who is apparently a “pick up artist” whatever that means. It’s so difficult being respected by my coworkers and clients, I keep negging them and I barely get any respect… imagine how little they’d respect me if I wasn’t constantly eroding their trust and shaming them. What a world, what a world!

      No, he’s a cynical opportunist arguing for the benefit of the one red hat on the jury.

      I mean, the defense had jury consultants help them find the best juror, they drove out a perfectly qualified juror with the help of their media allies and managed to score a male investment banker who reports using truth social and Twitter as their exclusive news source.

      11 other jurors are an afterthought, they’ve always been targeting that one. The arguments seem ridiculous because they’re aimed at a Trump supporter. They know their audience.

        I have not, thankfully, worked with too many Lawyers in my adult life.

        That being said, I was a child of a government agent. They had a courthouse to fuck put people on trial in house to keep it all quiet.

        Lawyers are their for THEM. No one else. I’ve had them spell it out to me as a child because it just seemed evil. For the most part, they are.
