Offices don’t just materialize and sadly its hard to bring ladders and boxes of power tools on the subway.

At least one has a company truck that probably has tolls paid for, but the boss wont even pay for new tires so who knows. The others are more or less contractors and take their own ride in and pay for the tolls.
