      I mean, the story linked above includes a screenshot showing the rate-limiting error message. I assume it’s been fixed, but no reason to think the rate limit error didn’t actually happen.

        It was a rate limit for someone following too many people. Anyone can go follow her no problem. The person writing this article know there are morons out there that will eat up and share anything vaguely anti-musk.

      It is ridiculous that we have gotten to the point that completely clearly pointing out that an article is BS gets downvoted. Do better lemmyites.

        Just because it’s working fine for you now doesn’t mean the article is false. Your anecdotal experience does not retroactively change the past.
