And btw nothing has revealed to me how full of shit Will Menaker is w/r/t the sub more than having to use Left Twitter as my replacement during The Dark Period. Whatever gripes you might have had with the sub, good-faith or otherwise, idk how anyone can spend more than a few hours on both sites without seeing how much more insidious & solipsistic Twitter is. Feels good to be home, discord is really good but nothing beats the ability to post something that will be visible to more people than the ~40 people who happen to be looking at chat at any given moment.

Best part about the lemmy is that when I registered it had me pick out pictures of trains to prove I was human. Train gang for life.
