Some of these concepts could be applied to a smaller lot, the biggest hurdle would be the rampant draconian HOA’s that would have an aneurysm if this stuff was applied.

Seriously. Judging by the before and after photos in the cover image, I’d wager that luscious paradise on the right with tons of shade uses less than half the water of the green hellscape from before.
I love how lush and vibrant it looks. As a tall person, I hate that it looks impossible to actually walk down the sidewalk.
This comes across as halfway between an ad and showboating.
