To be fair, “random chance” isn’t the worst explanation people have found for natural phenomena.
We used to make angry gods responsible for thunderstorms.At least with random chance, people can try to figure it out.
Lot better than killing people for asking questions. Imagine if the Weather Channel was just some old dude blaming us for pissing off Zeus.
I’d definitely watch the weather a lot more, so you may have stumbled onto something there.
