vegan cheese? that is pretty cool
I struggle with vegan cheese. I was never really a cheese fan before going vegan. I liked cheddar, parmesan, mozerella and that’s about it.
Most vegan cheeses I find are quite stinky with quite a strong taste. I much prefer the subtle vegan cheeses. My go to are:
- Violife cheese
- Applegate vegan cheese

It was by a german brand named “Veganz”. It’s called “Geniesserstueck rauchig”.
