Not likely, which is usually the goal for this kind of game. Just far enough out to be semi-believable so a judge won’t just slap an injunction on it without a hearing, but close enough that any hearing and resolution will be so close to the event that the people affected have to do a month long task in 2 weeks and decide it’s not worth it. Timing things so ‘even if we lose, we win’.
