It’s also why you’ll hear a lot of right-wing Americans say that we should Nuke Iran - they want there to be a nuclear exchange and for Israel to be destroyed, along with much of the Middle East.
Actually the idea was to put the jews on to a island to let them die there, this Idea was replaced by the Concentration camps later on.
