I’ve found it really helps to set the smallest possible habit and grow things from there.

I was able to start brushing my teeth every night because my old hygenist (she was really sweet, I miss her) suggested I at least rinse my mouth with water before bed on any nights I wasn’t gonna brush my teeth.

That tiny habit grew, and now I brush my teeth, floss, and use a flouride mouth rinse every night :)

I had also a bad dental hygiene. Remember, brushing always come last. or you’ll rinse the fluoride out of your mouth with mouthwash

I think that would be true for regular mouthwash, this is fluoride mouthwash, you have to use it last because its job is to suplement fluoride exposure in addition to the toothpaste. That’s consistent with both the instructions on the packaging and my dentist’s instructions

I think I heard even fluoride mouthwash contain less fluor than the toothpaste, but could be a case by case thing indeed

Hmm. Yeah, mine is. I’ll ask my dentist his thoughts when I see him next. I could consider switching to just spitting the excess toothpaste and not rinsing, which would save me some money

            Thanks for your thoughts :)
