i haven’t been using the site much recently. i just logged on for the first time in a few days and i’m seeing so, so many awful posts. this place used to be a really great community, but if it’s going to be mingled with shit like this, it’s kind of useless. having to constantly educate libs kind of defeats the purpose of hexbear,no?

I’ve seen some folks say that some lemmy apps let you block entire instances, which i suppose means you could block every instance we’ve federated with. the problem is at this point it seems like other instances and federation are the only things we’re really talking about anymore.
what are the lemmy apps
