Sheriff Lillywhite was arrested for drunk driving in February, rear ended another vehicle in his police SUV. Had weapons in the vehicle. Told arresting troopers he “wasn’t driving”, but he was the only person in the vehicle. Sentenced to probation, because he’s “going through some hard times”.
