Like, can I send everyone but 1 character to camp, strip naked and start the fight so it’s just 1v1 against a naked dude while I put my shit back on and kick his ass?

I’m just entering the Gauntlet now and I’m gonna try if no one else has done it to know.

Are you supposed to face a full group? I sent in my Gloomstalker/Assassin alone and in Stealth and only had one mirrored opponent.

Killed it in the surprise round before it could act.

    • Yeah, my first time through I just walked in with all 4 party members and had to fight a duplicate group. The only difference was it didn’t duplicate the dyes on our clothing (thankfully, too; it would have been difficult to tell who was who otherwise!)

I was already sending Shadowheart by herself to do the trials, so the entire Trial of Self consisted of her walking in, examining the shadow clone, seeing that it’s vulnerable to radiant damage, and casting Spirit Guardians. It walked up to her and instantly died.

The debuff for attacking other characters’ doubles also goes away once you kill your own double, leaving you free to focus fire. It’s not too difficult to do the fight straight up, especially since PC HP scales at a different rate than enemy HP.

Really? This must have been a recent change, because it was a permanent curse for me (removed with a cleric spell).

Oh, yes, I’m not sure about the stat consequences if you attack with the status on. I just mean the notification that your stats will be lowered, which goes away if a character kills their own double.
