Reggae is one of those genres i grew up with. My dad absolutely loves it so Bob Marley and Harry Belafonte made regular appearances on road trips and and in my dad’s cd player. The anti-colonial sentiments, the easy going bass riffs, and universal subjects like lov and heart break, have kept reggae as relevant today as ever.
