    What? A convicted felon who was awarded no consequences for his conviction, and who was re-elected while he had multiple ongoing court cases, some of which bordered on treason, ignores the rule of law‽

    They have taken control of personnel and payment systems because they knew the people running them would obey the law. And these people do not give a fuck about the law.
