        Wait, isn’t the headline (the line at the top of the print in printing terms), and the title the same thing in this usage? I’m pretty sure the words across Fascist Fett’s chest would be called copy. Tho’ I’ve been wrong in the past. Yes, it’s true. I thought I had made a mistake once, but alas, I was wrong.

          I’m assuming this was pulled from a news article but you could be right, though I think “title” is still the correct term.
