Surprise surprise, Bagel is coming at yall with more English rock from the 70’s.

Picked this up in Cleveland yesterday. I wasn’t too impressed by the record shop’s selection, as it was mostly just reprints, but i found this beauty over in the used section.

If you want to get into more prog rock, Uriah Heep is a great place to start. Salisbury leans more towards hard rock/heavy metal, but the prog elements are still front and center. The band wrote this album in West Germany, and you can really hear the German influence in some of the songs, including the titular track at the end. I’ve always preferred German prog to English, as i think the German bands like Eloy stay on track better than Genesis or Yes, but Uriah Heep reall walks the lone between both.
