This is a stupid take.
Medication for managing chronic conditions should not be stopped unless alternative management is available.
Is insulin “hard to quit”?
What a trash human.
Nothing is more addicting than oxygen, people get their first hit before theyre born, and most will die within weeks of stopping use!

Someone try to teach him about oxidation. Breathing is hard to quit too, but we sure as shit would be happy if he did.
Any sentence that starts with “RFK Jr. says” in relation to healthcare is equivalent to the Orange suggesting that bleach should be injected to combat COVID.
You should act accordingly.
Note: Under no circumstances should you ever inject bleach, but if you do it to yourself, you’ll never have to worry about antidepressants ever again, or anything else for that matter.
DO NOT “QUIT” ANTIDEPRESSANTS WITHOUT CLOSE SUPERVISION OF A DOCTOR!!!
This is some fucking irresponsible bullshit.

He is currently a consultant on psychoactive substances for the UK Defence Science Technology Labs and is a member of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (UK). The views expressed here are his own.

Uh, no, it was pretty easy.
Caffeine actually does have fewer people successfully quit, but in addition to the fact that you’re never going to hit rock bottom on caffeine it’s literally everywhere. I suspect it’d be pretty hard to quit heroin if you could buy it in literally every store.
Based off of how easily my ADHD ass forgets to take them… um no, they’re not particularly hard to quit.
