    This is a stupid take.

Medication for managing chronic conditions should not be stopped unless alternative management is available.

    Is insulin “hard to quit”?

    What a trash human.

Any sentence that starts with “RFK Jr. says” in relation to healthcare is equivalent to the Orange suggesting that bleach should be injected to combat COVID.

    You should act accordingly.

Note: Under no circumstances should you ever inject bleach, but if you do it to yourself, you’ll never have to worry about antidepressants ever again, or anything else for that matter.

Colin Davidson has previously received funding from the NIH (USA) and the European Community for projects related to drug abuse. His PhD, on the SSRI paroxetine, was sponsored by GSK. He is currently a consultant on psychoactive substances for the UK Defence Science Technology Labs and is a member of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (UK). The views expressed here are his own.

Italics are mine. So the only reason this dude is a PhD is because a pharmaceutical company bought and paid for it. Seems less than honest to me.

So Robert F. Kennedy Jr. makes a case for heroin use while Trump’s nomination for the DEA take on cannabis:

“Everybody knows my stance on marijuana after 30 plus years in law enforcement, so don’t even ask!”

Uh, no, it was pretty easy.

Caffeine actually does have fewer people successfully quit, but in addition to the fact that you’re never going to hit rock bottom on caffeine it’s literally everywhere. I suspect it’d be pretty hard to quit heroin if you could buy it in literally every store.

Based off of how easily my ADHD ass forgets to take them… um no, they’re not particularly hard to quit.
