A general strike or boycott would be a good beginning? It seems like it would be best to get organized using real identities somehow but they would just use that as a list. I am thinking to start we need to organize on a secure, encrypted platform. I am not well versed in that kind of stuff though.
No, we can’t beat it. It is the end, for the next decade or three. We’re watching history play out, from the wrong end, as has happened many, many times. You might as well march and protest against the river’s flow.
Best you can do is hunker down, figure out the best play for you and your family. Get armed, learn and train, stockpile rice and corn and ammo, figure out what medicine(s) you need, learn to grow things, find a place to run to when it gets hot.
I can already hear the cries from those that didn’t do fare well in history class: “deFeAtiSt!”
If one doesn’t like my take, you are free to get on the trains. Used to say I’d fight for ya’, not anymore, too close to home to do anything but protect my own.
This is bad and a power grab but it’s not the end. We can still beat fascism. We have to go to the streets.

This is not what “learning from history” means. The future is not set in stone, this is just copium.
