Police said seven charging stations sustained heavy damage. No one was hurt.

I’m somewhat ambivalent about this … on the one hand, Musk bad. One the other hand, arson bad. On the third hand, destroying equipment that allows people to escape fossil fuels, also bad. I get the motivations, but this isn’t activism, it’s destruction.
Electric cars are just greenwashing for the upper class to feel good about themselves while not doing a single fucking thing to curb their materialism. Electric cars saved the auto industry they’re not saving the earth.
EVs are a stepping stone towards getting rid of fossil fuels, which is another stepping stone towards “saving the Earth”. Going back, puts us farther away from the goal.
