What an amazing spot! I mean, no joking if I were a woodland sprite or gnome, that looks like a perfect place for a home. Covered veranda, nice and level, and it even transitions to a deck for sunny days! Spectacular!
They must have an awesome real estate agent to get them a place like that in this market!
