    It was an unnecessary escalation. Putting your body in the way of a moving car, only to then use that as the reason to use deadly force should be against policy at any sane government organization.

      Sounded like the car was stationary/parked when the officer stood in front to block the exit. Once she started pulling forward, the officer fired through the windshield.

      Kind of disingenuous to say he “put his body in the way of a moving car.”

        If you have time to aim and fire, you have time to get the fuck out of the way. Killing someone behind the wheel doesn’t magically cause a car to brake and put itself in park.
